Mold Making By maintaining in house mold making capabilities, and certified global suppliers, Kruse ensures total control of quality and delivery. Using the latest CNC equipment, work is performed around the clock to reduce lead times and cost. As steel is completed, it is inspected to ensure that it meets specifications before being assembled. Once steel has passed QC inspection it is then assembled by experienced journeymen who fit and check the mold for functionality before it is sent to the production floor for sampling. Using these steps quality is increased and deliveries reduced. |
